It is becoming more clear to me everyday, that America's religious are desiring revival. The problem is getting people to agree what a true revival is. Everybody seems to have their own definition based on some book they have read or what their denomination says it is. I just got through reading a few religious blogs. I typed in the word revival and each one talked about revival based on what they already were experiencing. I think they were saying that revival to them would be more of what they are doing but on a much grander scale.
Obviously, revival must be for religious people. Only a person that has been given life can be hanging on for dear life and need to be revived. So, shouldn't revival be defined by someone who has actually, definitely, no doubt about it been revived?
What would Paul of the bible say revival is? How would he say it happens. Wouldn't his description of revival be the one he told three times in the book of Acts. "I was walking along and suddenly a power ball from heaven struck me and I have been a different person ever since." It makes sense to me.
World Revival Church has been experiencing it's own fire ball for several weeks now. I hope you will come and see it for yourself and be dramatically changed along with us.
Talk soon,
P. Steve
