Kathy and I just got back from some meetings in Boise, Idaho. It was good to see the hunger for revival in these meetings, sparked by what’s been happening at World Revival Church in Kansas City. Pastors Chuck and Jennifer Seip of Higher Ground Worship Center (in Caldwell, just outside of Boise) really put forth anointed efforts at gathering the area pastors and we felt a great unity during the meetings.
Speaking of Boise, Shari’s Restaurant in nearby Nampa makes the absolute best sour cream lemon pie ever! A divine connection happened after our late night meal there. The pastor’s new jeep wouldn’t start when we were ready to leave, so he asked the people at the next table for help.
Turned out it was an evangelist who had just watched me preach on Daystar the night before. He ended up attending all four of the services and was powerfully touched. Funny thing, the jeep started right up the next day. Nothing wrong with it…
We saw great breakthroughs in the entire southern Idaho region during our time there, which is what Kathy and I believe God wants to do in every city, every state and every nation in the world! The trip went well, with the only real hitch being that our luggage was delayed on our return flight and Kathy and I ended up having to run what felt like a mile long run to catch our connecting flight in Denver. We made the flight, though, and our luggage finally found its way to our front porch in Kansas City at 2:30 that morning!
The revival at World Revival Church is going strong and we are seeing sparks of true global revival. Daystar’s live broadcasts of our Friday services, plus the live streaming that we have on our website is literally spreading the Kansas City revival out to the farthest corners of the earth.
We get emails every week of pastors desperate for a move of God in their churches… Finland, Kuwait, Australia, Thailand… over 41 nations have visited or contacted us personally. That doesn’t even include the numbers that are connecting right to Daystar because of the live airings.
It wasn’t that long ago that God first spoke to me about increasing my faith and vision to believe for the millions that are out there needing this revival. I’m encouraged and challenged as we see the nations opening up.
