Daystar Continues to Promote Revival – Pt 2

I remember before revival struck us back in the days of Smithton, I felt like a Samson. I had lost my strength and felt that God was finished with me. I was almost robbed of the call of God on my life and I thought my only option was to quit my ministry and even my marriage. I felt like Samson when Delilah had cut off his hair and his strength left him. The presence of God had disappeared without him even realizing it. I needed the strength of God back in my life desperately! So I started to cry out to the Lord, “Let me live again. One more time, Lord, touch me with your strength and presence.” God did just that, He came down and restored my strength, gave me life, and revived me.

I wrote a song about this experience and called it “One More Time.” This is the chorus:

One more time let me know that You’re loving me again.
One more time let me know that You still know my name.
One more time let me feel the presence of You Lord.
At least this once, at least touch me one more time.

Daystar broadcasts are being used to throw out a lifeline and renew hope for pastors and leaders all over the world who have lost their strength. I believe there are many pastors out there who are a type of Samson who have fallen asleep in the lap of Delilah and have lost their strength. Thank God as He will hear their cry and change their lives as they cry out, “One more time Lord, remember me, and touch me one more time!”
